  • Deliveries are processed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WIB).

  • Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM (WIB).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

  • No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or Indonesian public holidays.

2. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders (after payment verification) will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across Indonesia via our trusted logistics partners.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Jakarta & Jabodetabek: Estimated 1–3 business days.

  • Other major cities: Estimated 2–5 business days.

  • Remote areas: Delivery may take up to 7–10 business days.

Please note that these are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen courier.

  • Free shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly stated on our website or promotional channels.

6. Risk of Loss

  • Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
