At KAHI Indonesia, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days after you receive your order.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Request a Return

We will provide instructions and the return shipping address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Items not in original packaging

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
